I have known Kalil since his early professional days - worked together in TCS as well as Accenture in the telecom domain. Kalil is highly respected for his domain and technology expertise. He has been in the telecom industry for several years and has in depth knowledge in the OSS/BSS space. He has written several white papers. He keeps track of the trends in the industry and shares his knowledge with his peers. For this specific reason, he was given the task of building the industry practice within the group and he made significant contributions in this area. Later on he moved on as a functional test manager for a key client. He has been handling multiple releases in an agile framework involving multiple vendors with ease. He has won several accolades from the client. He has been highly proactive and has matured into a strong release manager. Overall, it has been a pleasure having Kalil as part of the team.
